Whoever did this awful picture, doesn't know badic anatomy.
Thumbs and Big Toes always points INWARDS the body in a neutral position...

The only time Thumbs faces away from the body is in pronation positions. As for feet, pronation position is not possible.

TLDR feet got edited in backwards.

EDIT: If y'all gonna do this type of "jokes", at least have the common decency to make them right

Maybe that's how they are in NK with all they're Atomic knowledge. And so funny you only comment about the feet, not anything about 4 knee caps.
