Yeah I think I have the recipe.
Easy, first cook finely chopped onion and garlic in butter, enough to season your amount of potatoes.
Then, once the butter and garlic and onion are golden brown add the potatoes and cook until mildly fried. Then once the potatoes are slighty roasted/golden add paprika, garlic powder (if you like garlic such as myself) and the juice of one lemon (or lime? the green small one) and chopped parsley instead of parmesan.

you can use oil instead of butter.
