I've met people that graduated by paying for their Diplomas. (f course "Education" ≠ Intelligence.
But by that we must define "Intelligence" in the first place.
About as useful as a Degree in Arts, Social Studies, Psychology, Human Resources, Languages, and a plethora of other different courses.Well that's relative, she graduated on: Genre studies... so, well I let you have your opinion about that
