Hardware Hacking Possible to Restore eMMC after change without Backups?

Hi, I have a System with a apparently corrupted eMMC, because Hekate logs “failed to init eMMC”.
So I assume that the eMMC is broken and I need to change it with a new one. But I don’t have a Nand-Backup and BOOT-Files.
I heard about the Donor-Method:
¿So if I change the eMMC is it able to rebuild and restore the matching BOOT-Files and Nand to run the OS again?

If this is possible: ¿What files are required for this restoring-process?

Thank you for sharing, if I understand right the only files I need are the prod.keys. If this is right I am able to follow this guide. Is this right or do I miss something?
