Hacking Possible exploit through netflix?

Well netflix for me always freezes up my 3DS but I can still cycle through my instant queue (hope I spelled that right) I can still hear the clicky noises but It wont load any movies or let me go to the home menu so I'm forced to restart my system. So what I'm getting at here is that maybe we can find an exploit through netflix and it's 99 problems.

There's a quadrillion of applications on the 3DS that cause freezing of the console, including, in some instances, its own firmware, and yet we don't have any hacks at all. The fact that it freezes doesn't necessarily mean that it's going to allow any form of hacking - it means that it's sh*t. I wouldn't get my hopes up - people who deal with RAM dumping on a daily basis surely already checked basic applications like Netflix.
