We have flashcards that emit crazy magnetic fields that drain battery with the system off and hidden solar panels on DS, what's next? A Wii U emulator for gba?
Give me enough in research and development money, and I'll make it happen.

It's just a matter of jamming enough onboard hardware onto a GBA cart! The GBA can be used to run Wii U games, you just need a whole separate computer on the cartridge alongside!

*imagines a GBA Wii U emulator, with the added hardware making the actual GBA look like a sticker logo in comparison*

WANT!

Fully charged DS lite with DSTwo in morning> off all day > died in middle of night in sleep mode.
DS lite a different night, without dstwo being in it all day, insert it at night, sleep mode, still on in the morning

This has gotten way off-topic

The dstwo uses the same amount when it's running, but leaving it in when the system is closed/suspended does cause significant battery drain.

If it's draining your battery when the system's completely off, something is seriously wrong with your system.
From my understanding the battery suffers any time the dstwo cartridge is inserted in a 3DS.
The 3DS, and I believe DSi, has antipiracy checks that scan the cart. The dstwo circumvents these checks using it's onboard cpu, but that causes it to constantly actively power the cpu, causing a constant approximate 25% diminish in your batteries life. This CPU drain will be larger if playing the nds rom in "patch" mode which allows the dstwo to access it's menu (RTS, cheats, etc) at any time during gameplay.

This drain will persist through closing the system to sleep mode, and will be even greater if you further ramp up the cpu in the dstwo's cpu supported emulators, but should also exist even in normal play.

You have angered thunder spirits, as the DS Lite isn't going to be checking what's in it in sleep mode.

Yep if someone did work out how to do this it would just be fixing a problem that does not exist as has been said numerous times in other similar threads you can just buy a flash cart for a couple of bucks and have every game run perfectly with no graphics errors or frame rate issues ect. To develop this would take a lot of effort with very little rewards due to the fact of how easy it is to get flash carts
Yea, and you could also put ROM hacks on there too! And maybe even make your own and play/test it on the flash cart!

They cost $30 without an sd card not a couple of bucks, and not everyone wants to give their credit card info to some shady company
