@linuxares he said that he just have the error code 002-0102 And later he deleted everyrhing about luma And homebrew, games And stuff downloaded throught freeshop because he thinks freeshop might ve the cause, so a few hours later he boot up his 3ds And then he Go yo the friendlist And there is no ban code now he is playing another games like mk7

Of course, I'm backing it up right now. If I understand those latinos correct, it's more of an "firewall" than a ban then. One can hope.
