ROM Hack Pokémon Ultra Moon "null" files

So using Asia81's Pack Hack (V9) and GM9, I decrypted the Ultra Moon .3ds that I extracted from my cartige, but when I browse the RomFS, some files are fine but some, upon viewing them in a hex editor are literally just a buch of 0s. My disk space don't seem to be the problem here (though I only have 1gb after extraction). Do anyone know how to fix that?
