He is in the Battle Tree area. People say you have to do the Battle Tree but I don't know to which extend to get him to speak to you. So far I'm at Double Battle 15 and no response yet.
Errrhm. So I have the full Alola Dex, but all that man says is "I'm the game director. It's pretty fun to fill up your Pokedex, you know! When you've made some progress, don't forget to come show it to me" :I

About the IV Checker, it seems a bit worse than before. I finished the common double battles in the Battle Tree, he still doesn't respond to me. Anyone had luck with it?

I did a single battle with a full 6 iv team (from project-pokemon pk6 db), then talked to him and he unlocked it.
no, just 1 battle, then aborted.
This is the ingame iv checker, after you unlock it, you can see it anytime in the pc boxes.
Well, that didn't do it. You must have finished something else that I did not. One battle using 3 pokés 6 iv did not unlock it.
I don't know about evolution to Solgaleo since I'm using that Cosmoem and the Sun version to get my living dex moving. But, yes, exclusive pokémon from Sun will be there from what I hear.

no you have to send cosmoem to sun or at lvl 53 it will evolve to lunala

Although diet is largely education, people don't need to go to university to learn what's healthy and what's not,
it's the whole country, big corporations and advertising that is to blame for leading most of the population to believe that poptarts and froot loops are healthy to feed a child -

As someone who went through the grade school system in the US some time within the past 30 or so years, not nearly enough is done to promote and educate on how to eat healthy in a way that is feasible to do on a regular basis and also affordable. Eating healthy is, comparatively, fucking expensive. So is eating unhealthy, but in many cases eating unhealthy is more affordable than eating healthy+1

@Sicklyboy I agree, but also it's about self control and realistic thinking. We wouldn't feed a dog soda, so why feed it to ourselves? Eating unhealthy food because it's cheap is one thing, but I'm sure you know people who drink soda routinely when they should be drinking water which is free.
I get it can feel mean to say "no treat sweet beverage for you anymore" but for many people it's just in their way of life.
