Hi guys,
I understand there are many posts regarding the usage of Pokemon Home and CFW but every one of those posts just have one tiny detail different like one not having a real copy, one just wanting to send hacked or just dead threads.

I have all Pokemon games on my console but in case a new game comes out or I want to play the DLC's, I need to send them to Home. I dont want to use a second Switch.
How could this be possible?
I think I saw someone suggest this:
1. Backup CFW Pokemon game
2. Save CFW Pokemon data on PC (like in pkhex)
3. Backup the cartridge Pokemon game (Through Checkpoint)
4. Add the CFW Pokemon to the cartridge Pokemon game backup.
5. Inject this backup to real game?
6. Send to Pokemon home.

Is this it?

Thank you in advance!!

I use jksv (same as checkpoint) to backup/restore saves and send to home. As long you use a legal game there shouldnt be any issue, even if you get the dlc pokemons without the dlc purchased

Thank you! Lets get this thing chipped then.
So do you use the same process i mentioned?

Yeah, what i do
Backup using jksv
Send to pc
Edit with pkhex
Send to switch
Restore
Open bank and deposit pokemons
Real quick question, when you boot the switch to restore the save with JKSV, do you boot with a wifi-enabled emunand or sysnand with cfw? I would be worried about dirtying my sysnand by restoring a save with homebrew, and using emunand could get you banned regardless.

What I was considering doing was injecting my hacked save into the sysnand without booting the system while leaving my emunand anonymized.

Im on sysnand with cfw all the time, since i have a legal copy of the game.
Also you can restore a save on syscfw, and go online without problem. Or at least on my case i havent had any issue

"dirtying sysnand" isnt a issue if all you do in syscfw is use save managers. thats how all those people who sell pokemon or animal crossing shit do it, reload save, bam ready.
