ROM Hack Pokemon SUMO GameSync on cfw?

just wondering if i even should as i have a edited game save nothing big just few pokemon my legal(according to pkhex) ash pikachu. i would like to try out some of the other battle options but not sure if i should even register. Worst comes to worse if i do get banned, can a new id be made ? thx

Only way is to create a new save file.
