Hi. i just beat the elite four and the champion or whatever and now i went to Kanto from johnto. is this just for fun or is this really a whole other game to play with your current pokemon?

also can i get a bike now that im in kanto?

You could have got a bike AGES AGO
you just missed it for some strange reason because you didnt explore goldenrod city enough

Also, theres higher gym battles, a chance to get the wing for Ho-Oh etc etc.
Also, get all the badges and you can go fight red in Mt Silver

oh ok. lol i never explore towns. i just go to the gyms.

Yeah you can burn through Kanto with a decent team. I wish it was a bit harder but its really just some end game filler almost.

Kanto is not really important to the storyline, but it unlocks loads of new features. Also, you should of got the Bike in Goldenrod City. lol
