ROM Hack Pokemon Ranger Guardian Signs Freeze

At the Wireless Tower and it freezes at the Aggravated Pokemon Tutorial. Anyone else have this problem.
Have Wood R4 and a version that has had the patch pre applied.

If only it would work completely. I've tried the patches and the ap-fixcode and for me the game still freezes up at the same point. Its in the beginning when you are on your first mission on Renwood Island. The mission where you have to look for that guy in Teakwood Forest. There is a boulder in a cave that you have to get rid of to progress further. Whenever I use a field move it freezes up.
