Hacking Pokemon Platinum saveing problem

Ive had the game and didnt realise about the saving trouble untill after i exited after a five day play, I have a save file on my micro SD card and i didnt use any special way of saving other than just saving from the menu. But the game doesnt regonise the file and starts from the beggining every time i log on, ive used the folder method of saving and have reset the game but it still wont recognise save files, and starts again.
Does anyone know how to fix this or have had similar problems?

Did you change the save size to 1MB in the SC Os?

I did yes, all my other files work aand are in the same format, but no difference
