Gaming Pokemon omega ruby soar ability question

It says here that all 719 Pokemon are catchable http://www.nintendolife.com/news/20...ng_omega_ruby_and_alpha_sapphire_with_x_and_y but I thought I read somewhere that you can't get mew and mew two with the soar ability is this true? You can't say all 719 Pokemon are catchable if you can't get mew and mew two that's just messed up...

It was explained that you can have all Pokemon except Event Pokemon (like Mew, Meloetta ... etc) if you have Pokemon XY and Pokemon ORAS.
BTW, I think you can complete the National Pokedex without catching these event Pokemon.
Also, if you read the article, they said as following

[The Soar ability] allows you to land in places you can’t normally walk or Surf to. And in these new places, you’ll encounter a lot of new Pokémon, not previously seen in the Hoenn region that you can catch. What this does for us, is it allows players who only have the 3DS games – being X and Y, and Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire – to complete the National Pokédex with just the two different series of games.

Yes I know about the soar ability I did some more reasearch and found out you can get some legendary Pokemon with the soar ability but you can't get mew and mew two you said something about event pokemon is that like eon ticket? How do you get event pokemon?

mew and mew two are considered event pokemon post Kanto region. This means that the only way you can get it for the games that aren't in the Kanto region is by events which is basically like a sort of limited time special edition offer like how the only way to get deoxys back in R/S/E was to go to the event and download the code and whatnot.
http://www.serebii.net/events/ if you look through the events, year and ticket tabs it shows you all the events that were hosted and how you could have gotten the specific pokemon as per each event.

EDIT: oh and by event pokemon it usually means that you can ONLY get it from that event. So like shiny gengars don't count.

They're technically event pokemon but not special only-from-events-can-you-get-them

Mew has been given out at so many events, it has been hacked for and there are many floating around GTS (with a stupid asking price), WonderTrade and even giveaways, so it isn't really that hard to get those two.

All you get in wonder trade is random crappy pokemon and in gts everyone wants another legendary for mew so no it's not easy to get

I have had some good Pokemon from WonderTrade, albeit your right most are shitty, but a Shiny Golbat wasnt too shabby xD

I have a question about cloning pokemon. Are the cloned pokemon still legit even though there's multiple copies? cause I thought that like each pokemon had a specific hidden id that acts as a failsafe for legality.

Currently, the games have no way of checking for clones. So it's as legit as the original as far as the servers are concerned.

extracting pokemon from your .sav using pokegen or something. then just loading the same pokemon into a different team slot/box rinse and repeat then put the .sav back and load up the game and there. Tool assisted cloning.

Event legendaries can't be traded over Wonder Trade or GTS, only person-to-person trades.
