Well, that's the problem. I don't get how the HG/SS save editor works and everything. The PKM file out? The guide(send pkm files...) states that the PKM file must be a party PKM? I thought it's the whole game save file or something?

When you use the HG/SS save editor (Pokesav) and load up a game's .sav file you can modify anything in it, this includes the party and boxes. In each entry there's the option to save that pokemon, and when you do you get a .PKM, which is a file that holds a single pokemon's data. This is to make transferring pokemon around save files easy, but you can also use the tool in the thread I linked to send a .PKM file to a retail game cart by tricking the GTS into thinking it's completing a trade.

I don't really understand you.

I watch a Youtube video to find out the interface for the Pokesav. So there is this section where the header in Party Pokemon. Then there are these selections(1, 2, 3 etc) and beside them there are selections namely Save, Load and Edit. So I bascially click on Load to load my party pokemon or what? Because I never used it before so...I did read the FAQ but it didn't say anything about transfering save file...

The main screen has the party. You load the save file you want to get a pokemon from, look at the party, and see the pokemon. If it's not there, make sure the person moved it from their box to the party before saving, and have them give you the new save file because it needs to be in the party.

Click "save" by the one you want to save.
It'll save the PKM.

You're done with pokesav.

Now just use the second tool (the one I linked) to send the PKM to your game.

It won't work.
The distribution cards have a region AND version lock.

Besides, there are too many differences between B/W's Wondercards and Fourth Gen's Wondercards.

I have no idea what they use now. GTS hacking or something or just distribution over your network. I don't know, and I can't do it because I still use the Nintendo Wi-Fi- USB Connector.

HyperGTS works with the USB connector.
Just change the DNS settings from your computer's internet connection and it will work.

I don't know, you should call your local EB Games store to see if they will do it.
Either way, I'll be using the Deoxys Distro Editor for this, since even though my local EB Games is nearby, chances are I won't be able to go there anyway.
