Patch it to do what, exactly? Regardless, you're gonna get banned if you go online with a patched nsp.

No because that data is not stored in the save file.

Thats the 1 thing I'll never understand is why ppl even bother to dump apps that require paid Nintendo services for access. I highly agree we need PKSM or something similar offline within our switch, pkhex did have a 3ds app but the support fell short.
