Homebrew pokemon heartgold crashing and refusing to launch with twilightmenu++

im a bit of a brainlet when it comes to a lot of hacking stuff. does anyone know why this is/how to fix it? thanks!

itll randomly blackscreen at random times. i went to cheats and enabled the ap patch but it didnt even bother launching after i did that

An AP-patch cheat won't work.
You'll need to AP-patch the ROM itself, using DS-Scene ROM Tool.

went ahead and did that, but now it just blackscreens when starting up

to be more specific, the top screen stays black while the bottom screen is white

If those did not appear after the nds-bootstrap logo screen, I have no idea why that happens.
Might have to wait for the next update.

Make sure the AP-patch cheat is still disabled.

just restarted my 3ds and it launched!
