I wonder if this relates to game steps or is just a coincidence, theres 21 of theese in total...

if thats true then:

looks like after 3 "steps" its somehow comparing them to step 21, so it could be that after every 3 steps (which coicides with 3 actions after 3rd badge) it check the counter against 21 to decide wether to crash ?

but then again im no master coder , so i could be totally wrong
