Hacking Pokemon Heart Gold Anti Piracy?

Hi! So i heard that pokemon has this anti piracy thing going on. I can play it on my r4 with the new patch a2h's YSMENU generator. But 50% of the time the screen would turn black when changing map or when saving the game freezes when its done saving. help?
