I don't have an Action Replay, nor a DSTT, yet I can get Pokémon made from PokéGen on my game.

I have two ways of doing it:
1- Using my DSTwo, since DSTT sucks balls;
2- Using IR-GTS-BW to transfer them directly to my game via Wi-Fi.

There's no way to find out, other than figuring that a perfect IV shiny Pokemon with good egg moves and a useful nature is probably hacked. Then again there is nothing wrong with hacked Pokemon if they are legal, only the collectors care about breeding.

EVs, IVs, place where the player acquired the pokemon...I bet he does not know how to make those Pokemon he's offering close to legit.
I've got irl problems so I don't have that much time for no$gba plus I got busy trying to connect desmume to the wifi (if you know what I mean)...

so I use PokeGen and PokeSav to produce legit pokemon that is catchable in my game's current progress. (yeah, this is not something new as I'm not the first one who wants to play the game as fair as possible).
