Gaming Pokemon Emerald (U) National Dex Action Replay code?

I've recently finished FireRed a week ago and I've started Emerald a few days ago. I'm not that far yet, I'm only at the Petalburg Woods but I want to trade in some eggs from FireRed into Emerald. I've already finished the Sevii Islands Quest and I have the Nat'l Dex on FireRed but not on Emerald. I thought you'd only be needing the Nat'l Dex on FireRed to trade with Emerald but it seems I was apparently wrong.

Now, I'm looking for an Action Replay Code that will give me the National Dex on Emerald. I've found a few on the internet but none of them work for me. If there's something out there like PokeGen that works with Gen III and can give me a Nat'l Dex, could you post a link here? Or if you can edit my save file which I will link below to make it that I have a Nat'l Dex, that could also work out.

Thanks! I'll try it out in the morning. If it doesn't happen to support PokeDex Editing, I'll just import some Pokemon from FireRed since it seems to allow importing/exporting Pokemon.
