What firmware are you running? I'm running the original shipped with the card, so that may be why I'm not gaining EXP.

Guess I'll just play the original cart for the time being :/

During battles there is tiny stats bar on the lower screen. It says the time, wi-fi, IR, and a few other things. If it has IR then it's possible that it's trying to detect its IR sensor and failing.

It's kinda pointless though since you can't really do anything after that. Unless you play through the whole game with a lvl 5 and beat...that would be impressive though

Yeah I guess, but im glad I get to play a little bit of the game untill a patch comes out!
