doesn't work on an R4DS cartridge, plus i tried it on the latest download of DeSmuME and it didn;t work, then tried it in dev mode and it said the rom was not valid.

First post >.> Anyway I get a white screen on Super R4i firmware 1.20, the game works good so far on desmume.

works fine on mine...playing as a girl, getting xp, no freezes in the second town!
my mates, playing as males, getting no xp, lagging and freezing.

ap??
Well if the AP is to disable male chars, I'll use a female one.
Creating one to see if I get the same results.

Female character, Wood R4 1.12, No EXP, just began (after the 2 scripted battles with your parents). Water starter.

Am I smelling a No-level challenge

?

Perhaps I can shed some light on this no experience problem people are having. According to Serebii.net you do not earn experience in the tutorial part of the game. Keep playing for a bit and see if you start to gain experience a bit later.

Nintendo pwnt us once again....Best anti-piracy for Pokemon lolz.

Even on Desmume it has the anti piracy method.

when does the tutorial end? is there more after you get pokeballs?

Not sure if this has been posted, but better to be safe than sorry.

R4 WOOD FIX!

Turn OFF Cheats
Turn OFF In-Game Reset

Voila. That's it. I can confirm this boots past the white screen, and gets you to the title.

Hmm, i've tried the game up till fighting N and getting the Running Shoes. Should be past the tutorials already. So...
On the route with trainers already and all fights end with no Exp. Guess this is the AP?

Yes, but it still suffers from the same copy protection problems that all the others do. So it's not really a fix.

Alright, so it's ONLY working fully on DSTwo.

The rest are screwed for now.
