No i'm Not Sure but seems to Work.
So i use the Radar whit Key Press and it Shows 999 in the App. And for the Other People Works too.
If it doesn't Work for you, use the Code whit Button Press.

the chain works, it shows the number in the app, I mean you still get shiny from keep using poke radar after just 1 battle even when chain become 0 when poke radar is used?
I used poke radar 20+ times after 1 battle and didn't saw any shiny grass.

yes, you can.

just press the key for shiny when receiving the egg and it will hatch shiny.

Yes. I remember there was a code just like this back in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl from 2007. It should be the same mechanic.

I made those .txt files by hand using the national dex and converting it to hex over the night. I haven’t seen what @Falo did, but if they already made encounter codes for all of the pokemon, I wasn’t aware and made mine independently.

I don’t want credit for being the first to make encounter codes or something, I just want credit if anyone uses my .txt in their package or such.

Edit - I misread what you posted. Was @Falo the one who made the encounter code to start with that's required to be used in conjunction with the codes I posted?? I'll absolutely add credit to them in the files if this is the case. Please let me know.

Edit 2 - I messaged them and when I get a response I'll make the correct changes to my post, thread and .txt files.
