So when I was reading a while ago, Pokemon GL for the english games was to open on March 30th or April somewhat. Im not sure anymore when it opens, do you guys know?

Maintenance time, With the renewal, will be changed as follows.
After changing the current

Tuesdays 16:00 - 10:00 Wednesday
June 7, 2011 (Tue)
Tuesdays 16:00 am - 10 pm
I guess it will take quite longer now.

While you can't use Dream World yet, you CAN play an online game to win an Eeveelution who you will meet in Dream World when it opens. Go to www.pokemon.com and sign up for an account, then play the Super Breakout game to win an Eeveelution. The hidden abilities are:
Vaporeon - Hydration
Flareon - Guts
Jolteon - Quick Feet
Espeon - Magic Bounce
Umbreon - Inner Focus (lol)
Glaceon - Ice Body
Leafeon - Chlorophyll
Basically collect as many orbs as you can of the Eevee you want. Be sure to avoid lightning and darkness orbs because Umbreon and Jolteon have terrible abilities (quick feet is a great ability but not on Jolteon.)

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
