The only way you can get Oshawott is probably Dream Radar.

Besides you can get some other splendid water types like Starmie and Lapras.

Just caught Terrakion! DAMN HARD! I wated 20 ultra balls!
But I defeated Draygen and the water gym leader! Draygen was hard but the swimmer guy was defeated very easily!
