Lostlorn forest is the first area you can encounter the trio. It's the area to the right of Nimbasa.

Lucario = Aura Sphere,Dark Pulse,Metal Claw and Force Palm
Krokoodile = Crunch,Foul Play,Earthquake and Strength

It really depends on your level and stats. (I took her down first time)
Assuming that your Pokemon levels are equal with Iris's and it's the first time battle:
Hydreigon (Lv.57) - Lucario with Aura Sphere/Force Palm.
Druddigon (Lv. 57) - Hack it down with other Pokemon.
Archeops (Lv. 57) - Samurott should take it down with Aqua Tail.
Aggron (Lv. 57) - Samurott should take it down with Aqua Tail or Lucario with Aura Sphere/Force Palm.
Lapras (Lv. 57) - Lucario with Aura Sphere/Force Palm or Virizion with Seed Bomb/Energy Ball. (Note that Lapras has Ice Beam)
Haxorus (Lv. 59) - Hack it down with other Pokemon.
*Iris has 3 Full Restore at hand.

Hey guys, about to get my 6th gym badge. Can you guys rate my team so far?

Lvl 40 Serpirior
Lvl 40 Arcanine
Lvl 40 Crobat
Lvl 40 Zoroark
Lvl 40 Lucario

I also have a Lvl 35 Volcarona sitting in my PC, is that worth levelling and keeping? I wanted to keep a slot open for a legendary or a Lapras.

That ugly fat moth can be a beast if it has butterfly dance.

If you want to, you can train that. It's an excellent bug/fire type but it is 4X weak to rock.

Did Someone Beaten Champion Iris,cause She is a Pain in my Neck,here is My Problem.

Can Someone Please Give Me Tips in How to Beat Her,My Current Team is These Pokemons:

Volcarona = Silver Wind,Leech Life,Fly and Flamethrower Use this against Haxorus, hopefully Silver Wind knocks it out

Samurott = Aqua Tail,Megahorn,Surf and Waterfall Use megahorn against Hydreigon, use Surf on Aggron and maybe Waterfall/Aqua Tail on Archeops

Cobalion = Iron Head,Cut,Retaliate and Secret Sword You can use this against Lapras with Sacred Sword as backup, or maybe Haxorus if one of your pokemon has been KOed and use Retaliate. Be careful of Earthquake

Virizion = Seed Bomb,Flash,Energy Ball and Secret Sword Main fighter against Lapras. It should do fine as it is part fighting type = 1X damage for ice moves

Lucario = Aura Sphere,Dark Pulse,Metal Claw and Force Palm Backup against the Digimon thing and Hydreigon (Be careful of fire!)

Krokoodile = Crunch,Foul Play,Earthquake and Strength Main fighter against the Digimon Thingy

Please I am Desperate to Beat Her to Move on with the Story

Yeah, you can use that too, but Hydriegon has Surf, unless if Volcarona has the upper hand of Speed.

Volcarona learns Quiver Dance at Lv59. Once it has that, it will increase speed, sp attack and sp defense. Meaning that surf will be weaker and weaker with every hit.

Volcarona has 100 base speed, Hydreigon has 98. There is a chance of it outspeeding even without Quiver Dance.

Special water types are seriously the least of your worries. You should worry more about physical hits and rock attacks.
