hey, so since a new patch just game out, do the game id for both white and black change? cuz im still getting error -4 on the TTDS ):

I patched my White with the official V1 and some Pokemon names appear as '????????' is there a reason for this, or is mine playing up?

It's any Pokemon I haven't seen before, just got the Ahken I think it's name is from a fossil and get '????????' as it's name and any wild/trainer Pokemon I'm seeing for the first time. I used the 'drag and drop' patch from the first page.

EDIT: It's actually any Pokemon that I haven't caught that is coming up with the '?????????' as it's name.

does anyone know what this means? my guess is that its because my DSTT is not DSi compatible, and this game is DSi enhanced.. Im using DS lite btw

If I use my save file in the v3 beta patched rom the names are normal but when I switched back to using the v1 official patch they go back to the '???????'.

you need to use the latest ysmenu from retro and pong

yeah well, My bro uses DSTT, with no probs, and I use AKAIO with no probs. think its just your patching!

wow ive tried everything,
ive even downloaded the latest pong and retro release of YSmenu and it still gives me error, "loadrom errcode = -5" on my dstt

It should say
"PLAYER placed the ITEM in the COMPARTMENT compartment."

The Pokemart guy says:

He should say:
"Welcome"
THEN

Pokedex Entry 008's Name displays "FUTACHIMAR"
instead of "FUTACHIMARU" on the Pokedex List.

Money displays ? before the amount of
money held on Trainer's Card.

Shouldn't Dowsing MCHN should be Itemfinder?

Try patching with Xdelta Gui instead, I had problems with drag and drop patching in the past...

As far as I know... that can't be fixed, and it's due the size of the letters and the name. Any name as long (or longer) as FUTACHIMARU will go offscreen. Something that might help would be changing their names to "lower case" instead of caps.

what version are you using? White version seem fine but Black version gave me black screen, but I fixed with Rudolph's version 3 patch.

If you are having problems with the union room, you do know that you first patch the clean rom with the translation patch THEN with the Rudolph's Child Play Patch v2 for Pokemon Black, right?!
*Remember your patched game is the .nds file, not the .bak file!

And if this is not the place to report bugs, THEN WHERE DO I REPORT BUGS!?

did you chack in the options? theres a language option, make sure it's set to NORMAL, not Kanji
