Video chat is a DSi function, but the rom would be played in DS mode, as DSi mode has yet to be cracked. But I would have to guess that because of this game being so popular, someone will try harder to crack DSi mode and all the flashcarts would soon also be able to use that mode, meaning that any DSi enhanced games would be able to use the camera and extra memory finally on flash carts.
