ROM Hack Pokemon B & W questions =)

Just wondering if they are fully playable on No$ GBA or a R4 Card.

With all the cheats to fix the game have some of you been able to get far in the game and tell me if there any issues just wondering if there is I would just wait a month till its fully fixed

Also how would I play it on my DS with a R4 I have this one if it helps:

If you use the last Wood R4, I think that will work.
