Limit is the limit of 3ds friends you can have 100. Although ive heard that if you delete a person on your list you keep their safari so im not sure.
Just got myself a 5IV Adamant Tecnician Scyther, Mewtwonite X, Jolly 4IV Hidden Ability Shroomish, 5IV gastly with disable, Xearneas, 3IV Wash Rotom, and a 4IV Adamant Sand rush drilbur with Rapid spin.
I can confirm that once you delete a friend code, It removes the person from your Pokemon game Safari.
although I wasn't sure if there was a cap on how many Safari's you could have.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

The issue is DRM -

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
