Hacking PNG with transparencies to CMPR

Hi all, I've a question that I'm sure that somebody can help me.

I'm trying to convert PNG with a transparent background to CMPR format with GxTexConv, but in game, I do not see image with transparencies, I see background in white color.

I read on yagcd documentation that CMPR support transparencies, but I do not see that it is true.

Does anybody know anything?
