Hacking Plugins for Acekard Possible ?

Is it possible to get plugins on the AKAIO or Moonshell that would enable you to play \NES games or Movies without having to go straight into Nes DS or moonshell,

also as an off topic , would it be possible for anyone to be able to get an RSS homebrew for DS, I have an AK2i

It's possible, but all plugins are to be removed in AKAIO 1.5.
