Hacking Question Please help, can't run smash bros on banned switch: asks me to update the game

I need help, I have installed the last smash bros update & DLC NSP with goldleaf and now, I can't start the game anymore because I have the message "A software update is required. update data will be downloaded now"
But my switch is banned and in airplane mode so it can't connect to internet to download anything.

What can I do to bypass this message?

Latest smash update requires 8.1 firm i think. if your system firm is at 8+ try, reinstalling with another installer and make sure to check, ignore system firm. Last night using goldleaf installed and updated ori, and it asked me fora system update even tough gold leaf auto ignores...
