Hacking playing wads direction?

Are there any apps out there that can run wads directly from an SD card (or usb drive) or do they have to be installed with YAWM (or whatever wad manager you prefer)?

Triiforce? You're going to need to install the wads to a copy of the NAND on the SD card with ShowMiiWads.

You can use ShowMiiWads - the latest version can make a decrypted copy of your nand from NAND.bin.

Now that I've used ShowMiiWads to extract the NAND dump and installed some wads with it, do I just put all the individual folders onto my SD card? And Triiforce apparently doesn't work any more, do I have any other options?
