Homebrew Playing or reinstallig Haxchi DS game

Is it possible to play the DS game that was used for Haxchi? I got Kirby Squeek Squad for the mod and now I kinda want to play it. I have a backup of it but not sure if its possible to reinstall it.

Seems simple enough is the Pal version any different to the NTSC version?
