Hacking Playing online with a .cia of other region ???

I wonder can I be banned for playing a .cia that it's region is diferent from my console ?

In my cause my console region is (US) and my cia region is (EUR) I'm using rxtools and emunand 10.5

the game that I want to play online is smash :P

Careful with which games you play online. Some people reported getting banned after playing out of region Hyrule Warriors online before it was available in the region they were playing it in. This might be the case for other games. One reason why I don't touch out of region stuff. :P

    I'm not familiar with the technicalities of the differences between the two versions, but I'm wondering if at least some of those differences are things that you could port over to the US version in your patch without having to include copyrighted assets from the EU version

I would like to eventually have the ability to add more characters, enemies, even have a completely different story if i wanted. I already have the ability to change the tilemaps in the US version, so I can basically make my own map and warp to it in game - so I'm pretty far into it!
