You can try emulating it using gbaemu4ds (search for it on gbatemp). If it doesn't work well in that you might have more luck with a DSTwo flashcard.

if you find the game unplayable, and you want to play the game you can either get a DSTWO card which does have better compatibilty and performance (he has a built-in processor) but its a bit expensive...
