Hacking Planning on getting an M3 Real with an 8 GB micro SDHC...

Is there any difference with where the micro SDHC was made when it comes to performance? I remember long ago when memory cards made in Japan were faster and more preferable than those made in Taiwan.

and should I be looking out for specific brands? I was looking into getting a Kingston 8 GB micro SDHC. Should I watch for better classes/higher speeds? Will that affect the game performance?

edit: It seems that the memory card I was going to buy is a Class 4. Is this good enough?

Class does not affect the speed that much. Don't waste more money on a higher class, cause the difference is barely noticeable. (to me)

Shouldn't be since they're basically all made the same. What brand are you buying? If it's a good name brand (like SanDisk or Kingston) then you should be fine. Class 4 is what I have on my M3 Real, and it plays everything perfectly.

I have 1 Sandisk 8 GB card. and 1 Lexar 2 GB card and they both seem to operate at the same speed a performance!

Can anyone tell me any good places to get the M3 Real(not perfect). And possibly a 2gb or 4gb card bundled with it? I would prefer it to come quick I hear dealextreme takes a while im in LA. I bought one before from dealwoot and came out great, but I just checked and they are out of stock they only have the perfect which is 16 dollars more. I would love if it came before Christmas, but if it doesn't It doesn't just would want it as quick as possible. If any of you know any good places especially for LA please post a link.

That seems like a decent price with the shipping it would be around 55 for 2-3 days shipping. I wouldn't mind if it came like a day or two after Christmas really, but I wouldn't want a long international shipping. I would probably go with nxpgame one if anyone can confirm they are a legit seller or if someone can offer be a better site. Exactly how long would dealextreme take for shipping?

I wouldn't order from there since it's not a known site. http://www.realhotstuff.com is a great site to order from since they're based in the US. Order your SD card from somewhere else though, because the prices for SD cards there are terrible. I use either Amazon or Buy.com.

Thanks guys realhotstuff.com looks good. The M3 Real with rumble pack and 1gb looks like a great deal for 37. Funny thing that it has the M3 Real and Rumble back without the 1gb for 41.

Thanks again to both of you ill probably get it from there. Also This looks like a good deal from amazon for a 4gb.

in addition to buying a 8gig, i would recomend buying a 1gb kingston japan from newegg. they cost less than $3 if my memory is correct, and they will play any game you want (that enormous 8gig is likely to have a heart attack when you try to play the castlevanias, or The World Ends With You)

I have a sandisk 8gb class 2 , and a a-data 8gb class 6 and i cant really tell a difference at all. idk if this matter to anyone... i donno where they were made
