ROM Hack PKMN files to GTS on Pokemon Black and White?

You mean the Deposit pokemon and then get it back so that it has evolved?
I would love to try but I cannot read Japanese and the current beta v3 english patch does not cover any NPCs besides the begining.

The current sendPKM scripts don't work with pokémon Black or White, if that's what you're asking.
I presume Nintendo changed the GTS code slightly; so the old method of sending pokémon no longer works. I, obviously, have no idea when (or if) sendPKM will be updated to be Black/White compatible, so wait about.
If you're playing on a flashcart, why not just use pokésav instead?

@AncientBoi, Yeah, believe you can do PSP games as well. But a Pi5 is much powerful in comparison.+2

Not sure about other models of Pi4 but the Pi 4 B with 8GBs OCed to 2Ghz handles PSP really great except like 1 game I found and it is playable it just looks bad lol Motor Storm Arctic something or other. -
