Hi, i've recently heard about pkhex and wasn't able to find a tutorial on it atleast an updated one, and was wondering if you guys can teach me like what are the ''stuff'' that i have to donwload on both my computer and 3ds in order for me to use PKHEX?

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
