Homebrew PK3DS Keeps Crashing please help

Every time i try and do anything itjust crashes but it seems everyone else gets it to work :/

You need to provide more info for anybidy to help, or else everybody will just shy away from the question. Cia or 3dsx? Do you have cfw? What firmware are you on? O3ds or n3ds? That kind of stuff.

new3ds and 2ds both on luma cfw using cia when i dump i only get a cxi fie and i know how to dump that to get the romfs and exefs folders

im also getting an issue where when i click yes or no upon opening the folder, it crashes
