Did you have a pull down on the gate?Thank you for the reply, seems I edited my comment too late. What about the pull-down? Is it needed with fuel mosfet? I didn’t add it on the first mod I performed.

I remember only one person add it, at the first time rehius post the diagram.Thank you for the reply, seems I edited my comment too late. What about the pull-down? Is it needed with fuel mosfet? I didn’t add it on the first mod I performed.
See the board a page agoAny suggestion on any dual channel mosfet, as the possibility of soldering two caps with one mosfet in one go is intriguing enough for me, coz i always avoid using dual mosfet because it needs two separate mosfet.
A few i found at least in my local e-shop is always assimetric one or one with high rdson value.
Target is should be dual indenpendent mosfet in one package with rdson < 10 microohm.

If i put the mosfet outside the shield, and connect it with wire, in your opinion does it still works sir?the IRFHS8342 has an rdson of ~[email protected] Vgs, you don't need < 10mohm
yes, i've had wires about 10cm in length while testing. If i put the mosfet outside the shield, and connect it with wire, in your opinion does it still works sir?
Somebody need to test this, how long can a Drain to Caps wire be and still can glitch. Also different wires? Also beware of false positive, when it works on test case but cannot survive long enough cycle. If i put the mosfet outside the shield, and connect it with wire, in your opinion does it still works sir?
Thank you for confimation sir.yes so long

https://www.digikey.my/en/products/detail/texas-instruments/CSD85301Q2/5114820RdsOn too high,as it in single mosfet dont workmaybe only AON brand, and cannot test it also as it is not easily found near my location. Will wait for op to test that.
I had dual IRFHS8342 dangling from wires, and they glitched a MarikoThank you for confimation sir.
This is a great news. So we basically could take that mosfet out from the apu.
I have tried that lot of time, but the glitch doesn't work. Maybe the 8342 is not suited for that.
What diameter / awg the wire you use sir?https://www.digikey.my/en/products/detail/texas-instruments/CSD85301Q2/5114820

Welp, I just ordered five from Mouser.com, so we'll see how well they work for mehttps://www.digikey.my/en/products/detail/texas-instruments/CSD85301Q2/5114820

30 guage, 0.25mmWhat diameter / awg the wire you use sir?
Your board is unique then.30 guage, 0.25mm
TBF, 30awg allows for some pretty decent resistances. (disclaimer, I have been drinking) I did a lot of my very first install with long wiring, and all my glitches were successful with 30awg kynar wire. As long as solid connection is made, and you have good enough resistances to make glitch timings, I cannot see the fault.Your board is unique then.
Every board i meet put the mosfet inside the apu via flex cable or manually.

Can you check what emmc is on your board?30 guage, 0.25mm
I don't have that switch anymore, it was probably SamsungCan you check what emmc is on your board?
I've used 30awg on ~8 oleds, v1, v2 switches, they all work fineCan you check what emmc is on your board?
Just to be clear, did you put the mosfet outside cpu shield on those 8 oleds?I don't have that switch anymore, it was probably Samsung
