Philippines to have its own PSN store and local PS3

Hmmm....HK PSP/PS3 has HK PSN. I wonder if PH PSN will work on US PSP/PS3? any ideas?

Japanese PSN works on US PSP/PS3 except a few features are unavailable, none most westerns even want anyway. So I think this will be the same with the PH PSN, it will work on all PS3s/PSPs but there will be a few region specific things that will be unavailable.
