ROM Hack Phantom Hourglass JAP problem

hey guys i'm having these problems with Phantom Hourglass JAP edition.

It Boots but then and shows the nintendo of japan....blah blah blah then a RED SCREEN come out of nowhere and it stays there

Whats wrong? i really want to play this!

sorry to clarify, i'm using an r4 with the latest firmware

Zelda requires the 1.10 firmware for R4 (1.06 for M3 Simply). It just came out the other day as well.

As great as this game seems, I think I'm gonna wait until the english version comes out, seeing as I also want to be able to understand what's going on but don't feel like playing it twice.
