I've been playing through Phantom Hourglass on TWiLight Menu ++ and made it to the Goron Temple, only to find that the first puzzle (first picture) crashes the game and shows the error screen (second picture). I've removed usr.cheat.dat from my SD card, I've made sure TWiLight Menu is up to date, and I've tried running the game in DS mode with the ARM9 CPU speed set to 133mhz (TWL), yet I still can't get it to work. Every time it just crashes when I interact with the statue you have to push to do the puzzle. Is there a solution to this?

Currently, the only solution is to downgrade nds-bootstrap to a version before v1.0.0, and then run the game in DSi mode.
Just anything before v1.0.0. The version which comes before v1.0.0 should work though.
Alright. Sorry to ask, but how do I downgrade my version? I've tried looking into it but I can't find anything about it.
