Hacking PAL wiifit channel on ntsc-j console

i have the pal wiifit package and was wondering if anyone has been able to install
the pal channel on jpn console. i have tried to extract the wad for the channel and
'free' region it but no success.

seems just like the mariokart issue
the game only loads via freeloader and then loading the game twice - very strange!

any help is appreciated
