I have the NTSC version of P.N. 03 for gamecube and I've seen on that neogamma compatibility chart that the NTSC version "works on a multigame disk"
does it ABSOLUTELY have to be a multigame iso disk or not?

I don't like wasting DVDs,thanks!

It shouldn't matter if the game is on a multi game disc or not. In theory loading from a multi game disc is more complicated, but all gamecube backup loaders use the same code for both, just with offset 0 in case of the single game disc. Hmm, but if you put a game as last game on a multi game disc, then it loads faster, which is required for Baten Kaitos for example.

What reallymatters is if the game has audio streaming, then you must not shrink it.

So if your game is not picky about the reading speed and you don't shrink the game, then it won't change anything for you if it's a multi game disc or not.
