I can't download my games' CFG files using OPL's Network Update setting. It always says "Failed to connect to update server." and never goes above 0%.
It seems this site also offers CFG files but OPL's latest versions might support the games without them since all of these CFG files were tested in older OPL stable versions so they might not be needed in more recent OPL stable and Beta's (the same thing may go for the CFG files downloaded from OPL).
EDIT: I was able to download the CFG files using OPL's Network Update setting by setting "DHCP" in "IP Address Type", "IP" in "Address Type", "192.168.1.108" in "Address" and "PS2SMB" (the shared folder's name) in "Share" and after setting my Windows username in "User" and its password in "Password" in OPL's Network Settings. Are these CFG files updated?
